Log into your BabyCity account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and print your prepaid shipping label.
Pack the Garments
Place the unwashed and unworn items back into their original packaging, ensuring all original store tags and labels remain securely attached.
Ship It Back
Affix the return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup for your convenience.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned clothing, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
